Skin therapist, skincare formulator, farmer, mum, coffee devotee & yin yoga enthusiast.
I believe skincare should be both a science and a sanctuary—a grounding daily ritual that supports not just your skin, but your nervous system, your sense of self, and your overall wellbeing.
My name is Ash, and Laurence Vale Organics was born from a desire to simplify and elevate the skincare experience—bringing together nature, knowledge, and intentionality in a way that feels deeply personal, nourishing, and effective.
Where knowledge meets nurture
With formal qualifications in both skin therapy and cosmetic formulation, I’ve spent years studying the skin’s complex needs and the science behind truly effective skincare. My background gives me a unique ability to blend proven, barrier-supportive ingredients with intuitive, ritual-based product design. Every formula is thoughtfully created to strengthen, soothe and replenish your skin—without overwhelming it.
This isn’t a hobby or a trend for me—it’s a lived passion, informed by hands-on experience with real people and real skin, including my own. I know what it feels like to struggle with sensitivity, hormonal changes, and skin that just doesn’t feel like yours. And I know the power of finding products that finally work—gently, consistently, and with purpose.
Rooted in real life
Outside the lab, I live a full, beautifully chaotic life on our farm in the West Australian Wheatbelt with my family. Some days are messy, some are magic—most are both. I show up for all of it. Life here is real and raw—but it’s also the heart of what makes LVO so grounded. I’m not interested in perfection or impossible beauty standards. I care about resilience, connection, and giving skin what it needs to be well. Skincare should feel like coming home to yourself. That’s what I try to embody in every product I create.
