Shipping Information

We currently ship within Australia only.
All orders are processed from our rural studio in Western Australia with care and intention.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. During busy periods or product launches, slight delays may occur, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery Timeframes:
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Rural and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Carrier:
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included.

Shipping Costs:

• Flat rate shipping: $11

• Free shipping on orders over $150

Order Issues or Delays

Once your order has left our hands, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. However, if an issue does arise, please contact us—we’ll always do what we can to help you track it down or lodge a claim.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you’ll be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or opened items, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at laurencevaleorganics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue—we'll happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations or Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order is packed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
